Job Description

Our healthcare client is seeking a Traveling Technician to join their team! The role involves independently handling field support tasks such as installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PCs and mechanical equipment across assigned regions. This position requires interaction with customers to build long-term relationships and serves as the first point of contact for end-users. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing on-site service and installations, managing help tickets, and coordinating support for IT equipment under third-party maintenance agreements. The position requires 90% travel via ground or air. This a non-exempt position with a pay range of 33/HR - 35/HR (OT approved).

Required Skills & Experience

Possess a valid driver license, and a REAL ID or U.S. Passport
Able to travel 4x per week via ground or air (90% travel)
5+ years of hands-on experience in an IT environment with troubleshooting, networking, and hardware
Experience in Windows (11, 10, 8, 7, and Windows Servers) or Citrix
Experience supporting users in person (hands-via phone and in-person (hands-on support)
