JOB REQUIREMENTS: Marketing Production Manager - MARKE011781
RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: The Marketing Production Manager oversees the
planning and implementation of marketing requests through the marketing
project management system. Serve as a subject matter expert, maximizing
opportunities to leverage the project management system in support of
the execution of project production requests that support business
goals. Creates awareness for potential and existing challenges and
provides consult on solutions to successfully deliver projects requested
on time. Implements organization\'s goals and may provide input into
strategic goals for Marketing Operations. Conducts relevant research,
evaluates data, and reports on findings, supporting the development and
implementation process improvements. Has familiarity with the department
budget, may provide input into spending decisions, particularly as
pertains to vendors, systems, and projects. Typically works on projects
and initiatives that span 12 months - 2 years. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1.
Manages projects through the marketing project management system: a.
Consult with internal stakeholders at various levels to gain context on
what their marketing project request entails, gleaning specifications
for the project, to include key dates and resources required to complete
the request.\[BC1\] b. Consults with leadership around ad hoc requests
that require compressed timelines, unreasonable resource demands and
communication back to the requesting business partner that the request
cannot be met. c. Identify when the request will not fulfill what\'s
needed and suggest different deliverables to reach the desired outcome.
d. Recognize when new or modified products are requested and work with
the team to establish proper workflow and templates within the system.
e. Work to minimize projects on hold, overdue and cancellations and
communicate with assigned team member on overdue tasks. f. Provide
weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to your immediate supervisor and
potentially leadership on the volume of work by business partner,
cancellations, projects on hold and overdue projects in the system. 2.
Manage or lead team meetings as needed. Support the execution of the
daily scrum meeting where priority projects are reviewed with assignees.
Solution for production problems and review new incoming work requests.
3. Assists with execution of Creative Kickoff meetings around new
marketing requests and capture deliverables needed, timing and
assignees. Identify needed or missing assets and any other additional
needs. 4. Provide training to coworkers or others in the organization
related to use of project management system. 5. Leading and Developing
Talent: May partner with coworkers to advance their development. Leads
work to standardize, organize, and ensure proper management of all
assets created by the department. 6. Project and Change Management: May
serve as a team member, or subject matter expert, for formal or
department projects. Contributes ideas and helps develop solutions,
while balancing demands of project work and routine job
responsibilities. Engages effectively in change affecting her/him,
communicating appropriately with supervisor. Follows through on
learning, skill building, and practice necessary to adapt to change. 7.
Problem Solving: Light supervision; works independently. Periodic review
of work by manager or direct customer. Researches, analyzes, and
evaluates situations and reports on findings. Solves advanced problems.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIREMENTS: 1. Two years of college
education or experience equivalency, and 5+ years of marketing project
or production management experience. 2. Agency or enterprise-level
corporate experience preferred. 3. Experience with project management
workflow and resourcing software. 4. Excellent written and verbal
