We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking field operations in our Pleasant Hill, California office. This is a contract position, offering an opportunity to manage key processes and contribute to organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of financial procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily sales tracking, including credit card and gift card transactions, deposit verification, and Square sales reconciliation.
• Handle tasks such as workers' compensation documentation, mail distribution, and addressing customer incident reports.
• Perform weekly adjustments for credit card and gift card transactions and coordinate maintenance schedules with store locations.
• Monitor and report weekly sales performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Analyze monthly food cost data and compile comprehensive monthly sales reports.
• Ensure accuracy in bank deposits and maintain proper documentation for daily cash receipts.
• Use Excel to organize and process financial data effectively.
• Support post-sales processes by reconciling transactions and verifying records from field offices
• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial record-keeping.
• Strong ability to manage daily cash receipts and bank deposits accurately.
• Familiarity with sales reconciliation processes, including credit card and gift card transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle tasks such as mail distribution and workers' compensation documentation.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating maintenance schedules and addressing customer incidents.
