JOB REQUIREMENTS: Safely work as part of a team to ensure efficient
operation of automated and manual pallet assembly equipment. Assemble
pallets using new and recycled components. Communicate with Working
Leader and Plant Manager regarding finished product, scrap produced, and
any abnormal findings. Occasionally use a forklift. Understand quality,
and customer requirements for the finished products. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must provide proper identification to
legally work in the United States. High school or general education
diploma (GED). Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug
tests throughout employment. Must have a bank account that can be used
for direct deposit. Previous experience in manufacturing or construction
is a plus. Previous Forklift Certification is a plus. Must be able to
continuously lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate
a pneumatic nail gun, and basic hand tools preferred. Must be dependable
and be at work when scheduled. Demonstrate critical thinking, proactive,
and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess workload, be self-guided
and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Good oral and written
communication skills. Must have an active desire to work as a team with
fellow crew members. Be able to understand and adhere to all safety
requirements of the pallet manufacturing facility. Must be available to
work Monday to Thursday as well as a flexible Friday schedule. First
shift days 5 am to 3 pm. Work primarily indoors, but outdoor work may be
required as needed. Have the characteristics of an ideal team player and
