Position Summary
The Administrative Support Coordinator provides receptionist duties for the
Corporate Office and assists in daily operations of the Corporate Services
Department, may also perform other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs reception duties including and not limited to the following:
Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and maintaining
internal employee phone directory.  Greets and screens all
visitors, maintains sign-in compliance log, assists with inquiries as
necessary. Coordinates and prepares monthly front desk schedule.
Performs office duties including but not limited to the following:
Opening and closing the office, ordering office/pantry/kitchen
supplies, loading and unloading of two dishwashers, assist with mailings
and maintain postage meter, handles UPS/FedEx shipping, manages employee
access cards, orders lunches for Corporate/Executive meetings and
trainings, schedules conference rooms, keeps conference rooms clean,
