Cross-training opportunities to expand your skillset Utilize your
mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and maintain equipment Strong
computer skills will come in handy for data entry and working with ERP
systems Knowledge of food safety and quality standards will be highly
valued High school diploma or GED required Operating state of the art
equipment that processes and packages products. Troubleshooting
equipment and working with others to come up with ways to drive
inefficiencies out of the manufacturing process. Changing over and
adjusting equipment between production runs. Responsible to accurately
create and consume inventory in an inventory management system Operating
a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets of raw material. Sanitation of
the plant and equipment. Assisting with performing quality checks on the
products. Attend production meetings. Complete necessary paperwork.
Troubleshoot and communicate issues that occur with the process or
equipment. Utilize computer skills to work in the ERP system and other
necessary programs. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 3+
years food production and/or machine operating experience Strong general
mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of food safety
and food quality standards Strong computer skills with proficiency in
Microsoft Excel High school diploma or GED required. \*\*\*\*\*
