Compensation: $27.00 -$27.00/hour

Skookum is seeking a driven and positive Warehouse Supervisor with a professional attitude.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for assigning, coordinating and tracking employee work assignments as well as reviewing work orders, monitoring the safety and well-being of employees, and recording work completed.
Ensures company rules and policies are followed. Initiates progressive disciplinary action when necessary.
Coaches, mentors, and resolves employee concerns in a respectful and mutually beneficial manner.
Monitors employee interactions and conduct, documenting misconduct on designated Skookum forms.
Assigns and organizes workloads.
Monitors employees to ensure efficient use of time, performance, and understanding of work tasks.
Reports monthly delivery counts to customers.
Tracks vehicle mileage and gas usage.
Monitors timesheets for proper time keeping. Records daily personnel attendance and tracks employee absences, tardiness, etc.
Dispatches drivers to meet customer and program requirements.
Conducts employee performance reviews and implements motivational strategies, such as employee recognition.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and Government MAT system.
Acts as back up driver of light and medium trucks to deliver material when required.
Conducts weekly tail gate and monthly corporate safety meetings.
Stores, inspects, and issues material when required.
Responsible for various reports- i.e., schedules, training rosters, attendance, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, time keeping, and accident reports.
Responsible for the accountability of all government and Skookum keys/vehicles/phones.
Maintains a neat appearance and conducts oneself in a professional manner.
Ensures that buildings are secured and safety measures taken when exiting.
Participates with rehabilitation staff in development and monitoring of individual evaluations, assessments and or training programs.
Forklift Operator.
All Other Duties As Assigned
Qualifications:
6 months warehouse experience is preferred
Forklift certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance.
Must have a Secret Clearance to obtain a CAC card.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
