Row House is seeking an experienced General Manager to drive sales and operations for our studio
that will be located in Keller, TX.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The role of the General Manager is primarily responsible for driving revenue and sales through
leads, bookings, closing, membership and referrals with in and out of studio activities. The role is
responsible for building a culture of accountability and rewarded success through studio goals and
KPI’s. Additionally, the position manages the studio operations and staff scheduling and oversees
studio functionality from sales to Instructors.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of fitness/or other sales experience.
Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
Consistently excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone
and via email.
Have a run though walls mentality and grit with a personal desire to better themselves and
others around them.
Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
Be a creative thinker as to how best to achieve goals and targets while staying in the Row House
guidelines.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
An affinity and passion for fitness.

DUTIES:
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
Manage staff schedule
Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with
accurate inventory counts
Supervise Sales Representatives and Instructors
Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio
Proficiency in studio software to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
Collect out-standing dues and handle cancellations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
Enforce Row House policies and procedures
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Any other duties as assigned
*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and
weekend availability.
