PMN business is the leading supplier of Polyurethane Solutions for systems, specialties and PU basic products. With its global network of 39 polyurethane system houses and its comprehensive product and service portfolio, it is the preferred partner of its customers in many industries.

We are seeking a professional like you to join us in a leadership role, overseeing a team of scientists across multiple locations, focusing on characterizing and testing Urethane to drive product, process, and technology development, as well as meet customer application requirements. In addition, you will actively collaborate with research groups, global and regional analytical centers of excellence, technical development teams, and business and manufacturing units, playing a pivotal role in promoting cooperation and communication across various sites and functions.

 

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, You Create Chemistry By...

• Leading a cross-functional team of technicians, providing technical training and expertise in utilizing and developing analytical methods to ensure accurate testing and analysis.
• Conducting necessary testing on in-process batch samples and finished goods, collaborating with other lab technicians to meet testing requirements and effectively communicate results.
• Monitoring and reviewing instrument controls through routine calibration, verification, and validation processes.
• Modifying and validating work procedures, ensuring proper documentation of lab activities such as logbooks, databases, check sheets, and worksheets.
• Developing or modifying laboratory procedures to maintain a safe work environment and achieve continuous improvement targets.
• Providing expertise in quality control for the Orange Manufacturing laboratory, participating in product, technology, process development, and problem-solving efforts in manufacturing and customer applications.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Public or related field, or an equivalent blend of knowledge and experience.
• Possess experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001.
• Possess experience in QC Testing.
