About the Role
MWHis currently seeking an Assistant Controller to support company operations
from Bromfield, CO.
Essential Functions
The following duties are typical for this position and are not to be construed
as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Perform and/or review consolidations and general ledger accounting and
oversee reconciliations within a complex legal structure.
Work with regional & international operations to ensure timely reporting,
quality of data and effectiveness of internal control systems.
Assist in the preparation of the required monthly internal and external
financial reports.
Work with Controller and the GL Lead to provide direction to accounting staff
to ensure the proper booking of all monthly GL entries, the timely close of
