• Work Schedule: 8-hour variable work schedule or shift within the hours of 8am to 7pm each day, 5 days per week. For example, a shift could be from 10:00am to 6:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break, or from 9am to 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break or from 8am to 4:30pm with a 30-minutes lunch break. These hours could also change. However, there will be no overnight hours or night shift.

What will you be doing?

• Provide excellent customer service by always putting the customer and their needs first.
• Identify and execute process improvements to maximize customer service.
• Maintain accountability for vehicle inventory tracking on the field.
• Ensure that vehicles are in superior condition prior to making them available to customers, including cleaning and inspecting them to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks on fleet vehicles.
• Lift at least 40 pounds regularly during your shift.
• Move cars within a parking area.
• Perform other job duties as assigned to meet Avail business needs.

What do you bring?

• Strong work ethic
• Customer focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality control experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• 2 years customer-facing experience
• Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record
• College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
