JOB REQUIREMENTS: Discover. Achieve. Succeed. #BeHere Location:
US:WI:SHOREWOOD at our CP-SHOREWOOD CLINIC facility. This job is ON -
SITE. FTE: 0.800000 Shift: 1st Schedule: Monday 10:45am - 6:15pm,
Tuesday 10:45am - 6:15pm, Wednesday 11:15am - 5:15pm, Thursday 11:15am -
5:15pm, Friday 11:15am - 5:15pm, and Saturday rotation - approx. every
5th weekend a 4 hour shift. 7:45am - 11:45am or 8:00am - 12:00pm. Job
Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical,
non technical, and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including
clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care
experience including direct patient contact. Phlebotomy experience in a
clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient
draws preferred. EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is
preferred. LICENSURE: ASCP certification preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and
follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required
documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count
instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer,
problem-solving and good communication skills are required. Job Summary:
