currently seeking a Lead Developer to join our growing internal IT team,
as a lead you will be responsible for leading software development
projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that they are completed
on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The Lead
Application Developer\'s essential job functions: Designing software
solutions: The Lead Application Developer designs software solutions,
considering the needs of the business, the capabilities of the
technology being used, and the requirements of end-users. Defining
technical standards: The Lead Application Developer works with
Architects and other technical members to define software standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders: The Lead Application Developer
collaborates with stakeholders, including business leaders, project
managers, and other technical professionals, to ensure that software
solutions meet the needs of the business. Conducting research: The Lead
Application Developer conducts research into emerging technologies and
software development methodologies, staying up to date with the latest
trends and best practices. Mentoring junior team members: The Lead
Application Developer mentors junior team members, providing guidance
and support as they develop their skills and expertise. Ensuring
quality: The Lead Application Developer ensures that software solutions
are of a high standard of quality, conducting testing and quality
assurance activities as needed. Documenting software solutions: The Lead
Application Developer documents software solutions, including
requirements, design specifications, and user documentation. Providing
