Educational and Experience Requirement
Associates Degree in related field. Two years relevant experience or experience in a related field. Experience with event coordination and scheduling, UX certificates or related web development experience skills in HTML or Java preferred. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered. 
Nature & Purpose of Position
Perform specialist duties relating to program and event management for Student Account Services
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Service: Contacts students and departments to resolve issues related to Student Account Services. Manages phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintains and oversees various office technologies (iPads, laptops, printers, etc.). Facilitates departmental programming and assist with event efforts.

Program Coordinator
Provides technical support relating to the Bearkat OneCard to departmental and students. Oversees departmental ID badge printing. Including the printing, charging and auditing of records. Contributes to policy development for the Bearkat OneCard. Maintains Student Account Services external presence to university partners and external parties. Maintains digital signage, website maintenance, video design, email templates, printed materials, etc. Coordinates departmental projects and track assessment data.

Supervisory
Supervises student employees, including scheduling and general duties.

Other Duties:
Participates in special campus events (including evenings and weekends). Performs additional assigned tasks as needed.
Other Specifications
Maintains contacts with personnel. Requires a general knowledge of standard office functions. Requires good knowledge of procedures and practices. Must be able to use standard office software. Must be able to apply policies and procedures and solve routine problems of a repetitive nature.

Up to 20% of this position, over the fiscal year during off-peak periods, may be performed remotely as determined by the supervisor.
