Job Description

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for assisting in the management of the daily operation within our Napoleon, Ohio operational, production and warehouse environments.Candidate will work Eight (8) days on Six (6) days off 6:00pm-6:00am.

Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Working closely with yard provider to ensure proper management of trailers

Work with team leaders to make sure employees are in the proper tasks

Work with the Warehouse Management System and SAP to monitor product inventories

Job Complexity:

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the Warehouse Team as well as Plant Personnel.

Effective problem solver: able to identify, interpret and analyze the issue and take corrective actions.

Sustain a high level of competence and professionalism in a dynamic business environment.

We're looking for the following abilities and skills:

High School diploma required, Associate degree preferred or equivalent years of experience preferred.

Write orders in warehouse management system and SAP to ship finished goods

Work with Warehouse hourly personnel to stage and ship finished goods

Ability to manage and organize export paperwork and seals

Ability to stay on task and release orders to the floor timely for picking

"Own it like a Founder" mentality

Generate reports when needed and update spreadsheets weekly

Microsoft word and excel experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$38,790.00 - $62,730.00

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
