Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly qualified and proactive Payroll Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient management of all payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid experience on people lead / coordination / project leadership.
- Comprehensive Payroll and Regulatory Compliance
- Process Optimization

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Previous experience of 3 to 8 years in the entire process of personnel administration and payroll.
- Solid experience on Leadership team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Payroll experience
- Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese (Brazilian) language knowledge
