John Scott House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor from on Saturdays and Sundays (either every weekend or every other). John Scott House is a beautiful facility loacted in a unique neighborhood setting within Braintree and is accessible by public transportation. Come join our team!

Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor:

* Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
* Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
* Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.
* Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
* Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Job Duties for Weekend Nursing Supervisor:

* Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
* Supervise nurses and CNAs
* Manage staffing changes
* Support family inquiries and screen visitors
* Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
* Ensure high quality resident/patient care
* Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
