Responsibilities
MTSI is seeking a Program Manager to direct the day-to-day operations for the IT and Cybersecurity teams that serve the AFLCMC customer. This position will require the applicant to be on-site to carry out their duties.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Identify requirements, determine and pull together resources, and implement these programs.
* Manage task trackers and requirements for customers and leadership.
* Participate in and take notes in meetings with customers.
* Prepare and run presentations for division meetings, customer meetings, and other meetings. Get presentation materials from division leadership and integrate these into a cohesive briefing. Take notes during these meetings. Follow up on action items coming from these meetings.
* Create and maintain shared online files for important documentation.
* Manage day-to-day functions for IT and Cybersecurity teams through coordination of government customer.
Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Top-Secret Clearance.
* 4+ years of experience is desired.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Demonstrated experience in administrative and personnel processes.
* Administrative experience on DoD projects is highly desired.
* Personnel experience on DoD projects is highly desired.
* Analytical and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
