Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly
instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering
parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Ability to interpret
engineering drawings and wiring/hydraulic diagrams. Ability to assemble
components of mechanical systems in accordance with the design
specifications. Set-up and test assembled equipment analyzing the root
cause of any defects. Ability to drill, taps, or ream holes. Ability to
align and install dynamic components such as; levers, shafts and
bearings testing their operational capacity. Ability to align and
install components that mesh with one another. Ability to install
components and connections and test for any leaks in the system. Ability
to keep a clean, organized and safe work cell. Ability to keep an
accurate record of daily operations and material usage. Performs other
duties and assumes accountability as apparent or as delegated, including
mutually agreed upon objectives Visually inspect parts as processed
Proceed on assignments with minimal supervision or direction \*\*\*\*\*
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in assembly/interpreting
