    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage and litigate various matters, including personal injury, employment law, consumer protection, and other plaintiff-side disputes.

    Qualifications:

    • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Massachusetts (additional bar admissions are a plus).
    • At least 1 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
    • Strong understanding of procedural and substantive laws relevant to plaintiff-side litigation, including personal injury, employment law, or consumer protection.
    • Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling arguments.
    • Experience with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
