Job Description
Essential Job Duties:
The essential job duties referenced below are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.
Completes registrations of vehicles multiple states
Tabulates and posts data in record books
Stock in of vehicles
Vehicle transactions (retail, lease, fleet, wholesale, etc.)
Compiles records and reports
Computes commissions and payments
Communication with insurance companies
Records orders for parts merchandise or service
Prepares, issues and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements and checks
Receives, counts and pays out cash
Filing, Scanning and paperwork organization
Operates office machines such as computer, typewriter, adding machine, calculator and copier
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail
Purchases supplies
Maintains professional appearance and neat work area
Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.
Other tasks as assigned
Additional Skills:
Problem Solving, Quality Focus, Customer Service, Multi-tasker, Trustworthiness able to handle cash
Bachelor?s degree or 3+ years customer service or relevant experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to participate in in-house and outside training
Work Environment:

Working with and near moving/running vehicles
Noise level in the work environment low to moderate
Lifting low
Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling low
