Mid-Level Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel

We are looking for a Mid-Level Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel to join our team in the first quarter of 2024. This Onsite position can be held in Washington DC (NCR) or Panama City Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Program Management Support:
- Assist in the implementation of a metrics-based management approach for planning, scheduling, and monitoring/reporting of technical, cost, risk, and quality aspects.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of PM processes, ensuring clear demonstration of work aligned with technical objectives within established cost and schedule baselines.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver monthly Contractor's Program Status Reports, including detailed analysis of funding levels per CDRLs Program Management Plan (PMP) and Cost Performance Report.
- Manage budget allocations, forecasting, and variance analysis in line with project objectives.
- Integrated Program Management Data Reporting:
- Facilitate the management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and provide project data for IPMDAR submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System requirements, where applicable.
- Data Management and Compliance:
- Support data management within the Government-provided Integrated Data Environment (IDE).
- Ensure data protection in accordance with Program Protection Plans and Information Assurance guidelines.
- COTS License Management:
- Identify, manage, and review COTS licenses and maintenance agreements.
- Coordinate with the Government and software OEMs to ensure license compliance and manage obsolescence.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software.
- Familiarity with DoD 5000 guidelines, Earned Value Management Systems, and NAVSEA 05H Technical Review Manual.
- Experience in data management tools and integrated data environments.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and budget management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Desired:
- Experience within a DoD environment
- DAWIA Certification
Education:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with ten (10) years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with five (5) years of relevant experience, OR
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
