salary for the role. Offers are based on a wide range of factors,
including but not limited to: relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to base pay and a comprehensive benefits package, other variable compensation,
such as an annual bonus or commission is offered.
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Programs Associate Manager to join our B2B Marketing team. This newly created role will partner with and support Events and Vertical Marketing efforts by ensuring seamless execution of webinars, events, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering high-quality marketing programs that drive engagement and business impact.
What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end webinar execution using BigMarker or other webinar platforms.

Support speaker preparation, including scheduling, recording logistics, content editing, and on-demand accessibility.

Assist with live webinar management, troubleshooting Q&A, and ensuring a smooth attendee experience.

Oversee post-event reporting and insights sharing with key stakeholders.

Provide support for virtual event programming, including vendor coordination, internal IT setup, and speaker preparation.

Assist the Events Lead with industry tradeshow and client event logistics, including stakeholder coordination, booth or tabletop materials, shipping, and on-site assistance as needed.

Manage event communications, including attendee lists, reminders, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement.

Manage external speaking requests for industry conferences and trade shows by maintaining an internal calendar of speaking engagements, coordinating with internal teams to identify suitable speakers, and liaising with event hosts to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Track association renewal dates, membership tiers, and associated benefits.

Coordinate internally to ensure timely payments and strategic engagement with industry organizations.

Work with vendors to procure and distribute promotional materials for events and internal initiatives.

Manage internal swag requests for client events & key meetings; fulfillment to support marketing and branding initiatives.
What You'll Bring to Numerator

1-2 years of events and/or tradeshow experience preferred

Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring flawless execution of marketing programs.

Strong communication and coordination skills, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Comfortable with marketing technology and platforms such as BigMarker, Marketo, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
