Phadia is the leading supplier of fully automatic blood analysis systems for allergy and auto-immune diseases. With our innovative products, we set standards worldwide and assist clinicians in providing fast and reliable diagnoses, thus helping patients at an early stage. Phadia GmbH in Freiburg is the German subsidiary of the Immunodiagnostics division of Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global company that develops, manufactures and distributes in vitro diagnostics in the field of allergy and autoimmune diagnostics. Position Overview:

A Day in the Life:
- Develop regional strategies together with other teams to achieve revenue and growth goals in the regulated healthcare diagnostics space.
- Apply market research, healthcare economics, commercial data, customer insights, and insights from the sales team to build regionally impactful marketing strategies for our businesses.
- Be responsible for the development and delivery of engaging digital content and programs for laboratory customers, healthcare providers, clinical network policymakers, and patients.
- Build and deliver effective sales content and training.
- Collect and provide feedback on Autoimmune testing consumable and workflow needs to product management and R&D teams.
- Assume responsibility for coordinating new product introductions in Europe, covering activities such as launch planning, marketing strategies, sales training, setting important metrics for success, and evaluating post-launch business performance in relation to revenue and growth targets.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proven expertise in partnership, teamwork, and solving problems.
- Extensive knowledge in autoimmunity diagnostics, healthcare, and IVD.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements across Europe.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging with key customers in medical fields.
- Ability to prioritize resources on projects with the greatest impact on patient and commercial outcomes.
- Comfort with using large and sophisticated data sets for decision-making.
- Motivated by staying current with market trends and competitor innovations.
Your Education and Experience
- Higher degree in a life science subject with specialization in immunology.
- Demonstrated ability in commercial roles preferred.
- Experience working with CEIVD, IVDR, and Med-tech Code compliance.
- Proficient written and spoken English, with proficiency in one other European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) preferred.
