JOB REQUIREMENTS: Electrical Tester, 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, \$35-\$44/hr
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Dress Code/PPE: Steel toe required (company will
provide the rest of PPE) Drug Screen: Company will set up drug test and
physical Background Check: 7 year check. No Violent. No open court
cases. No Theft. No repeat offenders. No Drug Charges. No Battery.

Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL
heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and
metal modular equipment centers for housing fully equipped electrical
distribution and control equipment. Along with a newly renovated 300,000
sq. foot facility, we have expanded into another 180,000 sq. foot
facility that will foster our continued growth as we continue to be
recognized as the undisputed leaders in our industry. As a result of our
expansion, we are looking for Electrical Testers to support both our
Generator and our Modular Equipment Center Electrical Engineering
groups. Responsibilities - Test complex assemblies of low voltage (up to
480VAC) power circuits, control circuits, and ancillary systems. -Create
and organize thorough testing reports and pretest safety documentation.
-Precheck equipment prior to installation to identify deviances that
will cause problems with installation. -Assist production team during
assembly with correct execution of complex engineering designs. -Provide
feedback on design issues and continuous improvement plans. -Work safely
and demonstrate a safety-first mindset to those around you. -Proper
care, use, and storage of company supplied tools and equipment.
Qualifications -3+ year\'s experience in commercial or industrial
electrical experience required. -Familiarity with the National
Electrical Code and electrical installation best practices. -Ability to
read and understand schematics and blueprints. -Valid driver\'s license
-High School Diploma or GED -Must pass competency test and
pre-employment physical including drug screen -Willingness to train less
