Job Description

 
My company is hiring either our employee or an independent contractor, must be a board-certified Child & Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, or be a Board Eligible Psychiatrist that is within 3 years of graduating from an accredited training program in psychiatry.

Must possess a valid license to practice medicine in New York State.

Must possess a valid National Provider Identification Number (NPI).

Must possess and maintain a valid Federal Narcotics Number (DEA Number).
