    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
    • A minimum of 8-10 years of paralegal experience, with a preference for in-house legal support roles.
    • Familiarity with a wide range of legal areas, including litigation, employment law, corporate transactions, and commercial real estate.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency in case management tools, e-discovery platforms, and document management systems.
    • Experience interacting with business stakeholders, including senior executives, on legal matters.
    • Ability to adapt to various legal practice areas based on departmental needs.
    • Knowledge of confidentiality standards and ethical best practices in legal settings.
