IT Project Manager Robert Half is seeking an IT Project Manager.This role will be predominately remote with as needed client site travel required throughout North Carolina, less than 20% anticipated. The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of IT infrastructure projects and ensuring client success against business outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for implementing PMI best practices as applicable to the core business.• PM delivery of professional services to our clients.• Assume primary responsibility for coordination and communication on all assigned projects including development and monitoring of project plans, work schedules, status reports, and other deliverables.• Working collaboratively with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to define and execute IT projects on time and within budget.• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks associated with projects or programs managed.• Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current business core applications and project management tools.• Provide assistance with project management activities including gathering information from users and a variety of other sources, contributing to the entire project lifecycle, and updating all project management documentation.• Review of client RFP’s, requirements compiling all project artifacts and deliverables, coordinating all equipment and services for deployment, and ensuring full project SLA compliance.• Be the client’s trusted advocate:o Act as the client advocate by building trust and transparency with Clients, ultimately becoming the clients trusted advisor.• Maintain client satisfaction and build client loyalty:o Demonstrate excellent client services by acting as an escalation resource, understanding client problems, collecting client feedback, and acting upon it.o Demonstrating problem-solving capabilities as it relates to satisfaction, remaining respectful and understanding during escalations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.Other duties as needed
