    • A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, either in public accounting or a combination of public and private sectors.

    • Proficiency in account reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial reporting.

    • Active CPA (or CPA in process).

    • Prior experience in managing and training accounting staff is highly preferred.

    • Familiarity with tax processes is a strong advantage.

    • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards.
