Position Summary and Duties
Supervise and direct the work of the technical staff and work study students. Provide laboratory services and ensure appropriate laboratory preparation and maintenance and compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations. Serve as Department Safety Officer and liaise with government agencies and Loyola Environmental Health and Safety.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Managerial experience
Laboratory experience
Budgetary experience
Animal Handling experience
Experience with federal agencies
