The VP, Financial Analysis and Projects reports to the VP & Corporate Controller.  This individual provides leadership, direction and functional expertise to set strategic direction over financial analysis and lead the overall financial analysis of the results.  This individual will also provide strategic direction over the reporting under US GAAP and IFRS bases of accounting, implementation of new IFRS standards, manage the implementation of new or changes to accounting standards under a variety of accounting bases, manage the external audit process including ownership of the creation of the audited financial statements, lead or support Corporate Finance on strategic projects.  In addition, this individual will contribute to the development of Accounting strategy and ensure the integrity of accounting records are accurate and in compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.  This position will supervise two employees and will also provide indirect leadership across the corporate finance organization.
