Job Description: Will assist individuals with disability and/or chronic illness to attain and maintain maximum function. Will assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, shaving, skin and nail care, dressing and/or repositioning, and toilet duties. Will assist during mealtime and as needed to keep the client mobile while walking. Will monitor and provide accurate documentation on computer. Will provide support for nurses and other medical staff as needed. Must have effective communication skills to facilitate clear and effective dialogue with patients and other team members.

Details: Full-time, both shifts available (7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am), can be any days of the week or weekend, including holidays, (36 to 40 hours per week); Starting wage is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a current State-Tested Nurse Aide Certification. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs.
