The Director, Global Human Resources will provide human resource leadership to the ChemPoint organization across the globe and serve as a member of the ChemPoint Leadership team. This role will also manage, coach and mentor the HR team supporting ChemPoint. The Director, HR will lead and deliver effective human resource programs and solutions that are consistent with business strategy and promote improved organizational effectiveness. This role will lead change management, communication, knowledge management, content management, develop/enhance internal procedures related to HR processes. This position will be working in a fast-paced global environment with employees across the US, Europe and Mexico. Must demonstrate understanding of region specific requirements to ensure processes are being performed in compliance with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

What you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in business or HR discipline; Master's degree preferred
* 10+ years of progressive experience in HR with a proven track record of success
* 5+ years of leadership experience
* Experience in benefits and compensation
* Demonstrated experience as both effective leader and team player
* Proficiency in computer skills and data analysis
Preferred:
* Prior experience standing-up HR department
* HR technology implementation experience
* Global HR Leadership expereince
Where you'll work:
This is a hybrid role. Office location: Bellevue, WA. Preference for candidates located in the greater Seattle area.
Pay and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $153,900 - $246,200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
