Our client, a prominent company specializing in the design and production of thermoplastic corrugated pipes and associated water management solutions for a wide range of applications including non-residential, residential, agriculture, and infrastructure, is in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in product development. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing intricate projects from initial planning to final delivery. Key qualifications include 10+ years of project management experience within product development space, preferably in the building materials industry, as well as a BS in Civil or Envinronmental engineering, or other relevant technical/engineering discipline. Project Management certification is a big plus. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

responsibilities:
Lead and oversee one or more substantial cross-functional projects or programs, guiding them through the stage gate process, from initial scoping to successful execution in the market.
Demonstrate a remarkable level of creativity, forward-thinking, and mature judgment when planning, organizing, and directing significant programs and activities of substantial importance.
Develop recommendations that are cross-functionally aligned, conclusive, and have a profound impact on the organization.
Take charge of the evaluation, prioritization, and execution of activities within a project or program.
Cultivate extensive stakeholder relationships to facilitate effective issue escalation and the removal of obstacles.
Efficiently manage project schedules, scope, budget, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Utilize critical thinking to determine the necessary engineering and related resources required to achieve the objectives of assigned projects and programs.
