TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in INDEPENDENCE, Ohio

Description:

The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling physicians and nurse practitioners for home visits/care to patients.

  • Will make calls to patients to confirm the visit/they will be home, ensure address, date, and time are correct.

  • Intake procedure: When a new patient request comes through, will call the patient, ask a series of questions provided on an Electronic Form, and will schedule a practitioner/physician based off that.

  • Schedules correct physician/practitioner by assigned zip codes.

  • Will work within EPIC
