Position Summary
As a HR Specialist you will provide exceptional levels of customer service to HR colleagues, Managers and Employees in the form of advice and a variety of services across all aspects of the HR function - Employee Lifecycle, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards Administration…

A Day in the Life of an HR Specialist
Manage the HR Administration Optimization: Accountable for the continuous improvement activities, work together with cross-functional team to review and optimize HR processes, improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the HR activities
Create Documentation: Ensure required documentation is always acquired and stored appropriately in a compliant manner for easy access. Production of documentation for employee events such as, pay change, change of job, reporting lines, extension of temporary contracts, leaving the business.
Support and Coach Line Managers through Employee Services issues, ensuring that policies and guidelines are adhered to.
Coach and support Line Managers with Success Factors processes to build capability and remove complexity
Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with & across Nestle MY/SG HR & CoE teams, NBS, and people managers.
Provide flawless execution of HR Services (i.e. Payroll, T&E, Pension Compensation etc.)
Ensure effective support to Line Managers and HR Business Partners during day-to-day activities, including; Hiring, bonus, promotions, FTE’s (Headcount), hiring, transfers, end of contract, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, etc.
Oversee Position Management: Approve position creations and changes in line with our data quality standards
What will make you successful
Degree level education or equivalent.
Around 5 years of experience working in regional or global business setup
Good communication skills, strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and accuracy
Capability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships
At ease with using data and spreadsheets
Self-directed in projects, tasks and learning
Understanding of human behaviors/diversity and team dynamics
