As the Global Beauty Marketing Manager , you will drive the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives to deliver the business targets of the assigned product platforms, including brand stewardship, portfolio management, strategy and innovation, research and insights generation, business intelligence, concepts development, demand generation with content planning.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, develops, and executes the marketing strategies and plans for the assigned product platform.

  • Leads business-planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and act as a team leader managing resources of marketing projects.

  • Brand Stewardship, lead and develop consumer communication campaigns and content

  • Leads the new product innovation planning and execution, including launch meetings, sales planning sessions and sales training.

  • Drives actions from research projects such as equity studies, and Consumer/ECP insight generation.

  • Leads and performs analyses on consumer, marketplace business intelligence, pricing and competition etc.

  • Owns the A&P with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and pay-out analyses.

  • Implements process improvements.

  • Develops peers and lead across functions.

  • Participates in business discussions with Local, Regional and Global leaders

  • Prepares regular business and marketing analysis reports and consolidate Dashboards.

  • Manages 3rd party agency relationships.

Qualifications

Qualifications

The role will be offered at a manager level depending on the candidate’s experience and exposure. Ideally the candidate should be:

  • University educated in business or related disciplines.

  • 7- 10 years of strategic marketing experience and brand management experience gained preferably from a reputable FMCG and/or health care company.

  • Regional experience is preferred.

  • Experience in marketing in beauty preferred.

  • Experience in working with China and/or Japan teams preferred

  • Commercial/ in market experience would be good to have

  • Analytical, team player, self-confident

  • Innovative and Business Excellence oriented.

  • Strong knowledge in strategic marketing planning, insights generation, branding, product messaging, and advertising/content creation for digital

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead through influencing cross-functional and senior management to impact decision -making.

  • Highly motivated, and can work independently, who is a good initiator with multi-task and time management skills.

  • This position will be based Singapore and may require up to 15% time of international travel
