Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports in Systems Administration, Data Collection and Analysis, and various PMO-related services catering to the entire Collins Interiors Engineering Value Stream.

• Delivers data and analytical services essential for project and portfolio well-being, encompassing earned value reporting, utilization, financial inputs, and resource management. These services are pivotal in aiding Interiors Engineering to effectively achieve program objectives.

• Sets up an execution framework at the engineering project and portfolio levels to back Collins' initiatives, while identifying and applying best practices to foster ongoing enhancements for program performance.

• Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.

• Mentor and Train Engineers.

• Maintains the necessary project metrics.

• Facilitates communication between functional groups and with the multiple customers.

• Conducts meetings, consolidates, and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).

• Identifies improvement opportunities and participates in continuous improvement activities for the Engineering Project Management Office and Integrated Project Team processes.

• Performs other duties as required to ensure project success.

  Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management with strong data analytical/management skills, preferably within a technology or advanced engineering environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and complex technical requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external suppliers.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Experience in any of programming software application is a plus.
