Job Description
This position will act as the System Administrator for the Finance Planning application and support the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis department based in the Irving, Texas office. This role requires system administration and financial planning, analysis, and reporting work experience for a global organization.

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• Eight years of related finance or equivalent business experience.
• Experience working in a global ERP system environment, such as SAP.
• Proficiency in administering planning solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General knowledge of system infrastructure, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, system monitoring, patch installation, disaster recovery planning, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Understanding of corporate business processes, including fundamental finance concepts, forecasting and budgeting cycles, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and provide training to FP&A analysts.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, development, and quality testing methodologies when creating business requirements and test plans.
• Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint.
Other Job Requirements
• Administer the planning application (CCH Tagetik), including budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Implement and integrate changes to the Planning system due to production issues, software updates, and business growth.
• Recommend solutions to enhance financial planning and reporting processes.
• Evaluate, manage, and communicate the impact of system changes with stakeholders, including change management, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with global team members and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Implement system changes in line with IT change management policies.
• Interact with various business units, such as operations, IT, and consultants.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to end users.
• Monitor and participate in user communities and system-related forums.
• Create annual plan timelines, review schedules, and coordinate the overall planning process.
• Perform ad hoc and routine financial close tasks.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables effectively and timely.
• Understanding of best practices for business processes and technology.
• A desire to automate and constantly improve performance, work processes, and team efficiencies.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate successfully with teams across the organization.
• Experience in preparing attractive and compelling presentations/reports using modern design principles.
• Willingness to work off-hours as needed to interface with international employees and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• CCH Tagetik certification or other relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, and CCH Tagetik.
Salary Range
102,000 to 184,000
Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
