Job Description
Responsibilities of a skilled laborer may include:
Operating power tools: Using drills, jackhammers, saws, and other power tools to cut, demolish, and shape materials.
Scaffolding construction: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding to access elevated work areas.
Material handling: Lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy construction materials like lumber, concrete blocks, and steel beams.
Site preparation: Digging trenches, leveling ground, and compacting soil.
Concrete work: Mixing and pouring concrete, including finishing and smoothing surfaces.
Demolition work: Dismantling existing structures, including removing walls, floors, and ceilings.
Cleaning and maintenance: Keeping the worksite clean and organized, removing debris.
Following safety protocols: Adhering to all safety regulations and wearing appropriate protective gear.
Experience Required
Journeyman Level Experience Required
