Job Description
***Must have active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance***
***This position is contingent upon contract award***
This position provides maintenance/construction engineering and technical support for a maintenance/construction project or site. This role may act as a team leader when assigned.
• Perform maintenance engineering work by applying standard maintenance engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in support of the plant operating environment
• Prepare reports and schedule estimates by identifying activities, status and performance
• Prepare and modify preventive maintenance documentation and schedules for all existing equipment and new equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance activities by evaluating client requirements, plant operating equipment, maintenance problems and recommending program systems and corrective actions
• Perform routine installation projects by evaluating client requirements, procuring necessary tools and materials and scheduling and execution of project.
• Perform execution of simple to complex installations of critical equipment
• Maintain technical knowledge by keeping current on available systems and equipment for plant operations and maintenance experience.
• Perform execution of simple to complex repairs of all systems and equipment.
• Ensure effective application of all tools, techniques and programs by maintaining strategic maintenance programs, including reliability programs, preventative and predictive maintenance and computerized maintenance management systems
• Perform execution of simple to complex repairs of all types of systems and equipment.
• Perform execution of vendor provided maintenance activities by coordinating with vendors, engineering staff, security staff, etc...
• Typically serve as person to coordinate all activities within their assigned craft and scope in an active construction work area
• Coordinate and implement indirect activities, internal and external, required to support a productive construction execution; including functional staff support, support craft activities, and any other resource necessary to assure a safe and quality execution
• Generally responsible to assure all work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance with all pertinent requirements

Basic Job Requirements

• Extensive working knowledge of multi-disciplined construction/maintenance trades.

Salary Range
57,500 to 107,500
Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
